Simple, upfront pricing. We remove everything in your garage — no sorting required. Items with resale value may be recovered, recycled, or donated whenever possible.

- Pianos, safes, or extremely heavy items
- Large construction debris
If any of these items are present we will confirm pricing before work begins.
Service Policies
Pricing applies within 25 miles of East Bethel, Minnesota. Locations outside this area may include a travel fee.
Flat-rate pricing assumes normal driveway access. Excessive carry distance (over ~100 ft), steep slopes, or difficult access may require an additional fee confirmed before work begins.
Please ensure driveway and garage access is clear before arrival. Blocked access may require rescheduling.
Payment is due upon completion. We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
Items with resale value may become property of the company and may be resold, recycled, or donated. This allows us to offer competitive flat-rate pricing.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.
Flat rates apply to standard garage volume. If a garage is packed floor-to-ceiling or contains restricted items, pricing will be confirmed before the job begins.
