Monthly Property Management
10% of Collected Monthly Rent
Minimum: $175 per unit per month

Tenant Placement
100% of One Month’s Rent
Minimum: $900
Tenant placement services include:

• Showing coordination with prospective tenants
• Thorough tenant screening and background checks
• Credit and rental history verification
• Minnesota-compliant lease preparation
• Move-in coordination and documentation

Lease Renewals
$300 per renewal
Lease renewal services include:
• Market rent evaluation
• Lease updates and compliance review
• Negotiation and execution of renewal agreements
